Getting here

Located in BC's central interior the Central Cariboo is the gateway to the vast Chilcotin and spectacular Coast, 540 km north of Vancouver, 200 km south of Prince George.

While Williams Lake is the largest community in the Central Cariboo, you will want to venture off into the surrounding communities of Likely, Horsefly, McLeese Lake, and Riske Creek. other communities You can get to Williams Lake by air, bus, automobile or RV.

Our regional airport is located 14 km north of Williams lake. (For further information on our Airport Click Here ) At the Williams Lake Regional Airport you can find two airlines that have a total of 6 regularly scheduled flights per day to Vancouver. You are also able to rent a car at the airport or in the city.
